Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for PushDex subscriptions.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PushDex dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
